A day of collaboration and fun Yesterday my team joined the team at Merlin that run their people systems for a day of collaboration and fun. We had a great morning learning from each other about the way we use the systems, along with challenges and successes. The team found this very insightful and have seen different ways that we use the same system. The team at Merlin then treated us to an afternoon together in Legoland having fun enjoying the rides. We also worked together here supporting members of the team to go on certain rides that they may not have attempted before, especially when they go backwards or when you get wet! 🙃 We will continue the amazing conversations and work together to overcome similar challenges and share any successes that may help each other improve systems and processes that help our business and teams everyday. A massive thank you to Orion Brooks Georgie Champniss and Claire Worthington for organising a fantastic day.
