How can airports get the most benefit from the construction manager at-risk delivery method? If it is not done in an “integrated-team” approach, it would not be any different than GC+subcontractors cost plus delivery. CM-at-Risk requires a CM which would fully partner with the Owner. I have seen both ways and what makes the positive difference is the “integrated team” approach.
