Lots of talk about "team-selling." Here's the team you need (and why): An SDR to help map accounts and identify demand. An AE to lead out on sales calls and generally "quarterback" the deal. A sales manager to help coordinate resources where the AE needs guidance. A technical expert to help give the customer confidence. An exec to align with customer execs. A VP Sales to ask for updates on the deal and take credit when the rest of the team closes it. It truly takes a team, and I'm proud to play my role.

"Cronofy feels like a partner we're working with, rather than being a customer." Hearing this, only slightly rephrased, from a prospect during a sales call no less makes me think we're doing things right. Our customers' success is our success. By treating customers as partners we listen to them and make our platform better for customers present and future. We'll never know less about the problems we solve and the people we serve than we do today. Only by listening to and working with people can we move forward to become better. If we're doing this during sales, imagine how it works elsewhere within the company. Shout out to Haidar Alawie in particular in this case, but under Mark Ridderhof's watch you should get this treatment from everyone in our sales team. 📅 🚀
