EY Retired Senior Global Client Service Partner (G360), Strategy & Transactions (M&A) Leader, Private Equity Account Leader & Strategic Advisor, Board Member

I could write a book with what I've learned, experienced, and how I’ve grown during my time at EY. However, thankfully, my three daughters taught me that brevity is key, so here is my version of “short and sweet”… After nearly 35 years in this incredible profession, I am retiring to focus on Board service and hoping to lead private capital investments. And after spending almost a quarter century with EY, I can truly say we collectively built a better working world. What an incredible ride, literally spanning the globe. Together, we pioneered and accomplished many “firsts” during my time. We never backed down from the impossible and always gave our best for our clients and our community. Our team was and continues to be incredibly successful!! I am grateful for the journey and deeply appreciative of the many wonderful clients, colleagues, sponsors, mentors, family, and friends who have been part of it. It simply would not have been possible without all of you. I am humbled and thankful for those who came before me, especially my parents and grandparents, who were Spanish/Cuban immigrants and sacrificed so much to make this day possible. I am very proud to be passing the EY baton to my oldest daughter, Carolina. And last but not least, to my mentees and aspiring CPAs: keep dreaming, have tons of fun, and pay it forward!!! You all are the reason I love what I do. Very excited for what lies ahead!

We each move on from the Firm at different times with rich experiences, but the true and everlasting friendships are the real reward. You’ve had a remarkable career, and I’m fortunate to have been there from the beginning with you—with one of those long lasting friendships to show for it! Looking forward to what’s next for you, and rooting on Carolina Tundidor.

Very excited for your next chapter. Thanks for how you received me in Miami (many years ago...) when you were EY Miami OMP and I had just moved here.
