Time has flown by! The achievements of the UK team over the past years have been truly remarkable. Well don to all involved! We kicked off our journey with the launch of Branch #1 in Crawley back in 2016. Now we have expanded to Branch #7, covering the Eastern part of the country. Right from the outset, our goal was to reach the majority of our customers within a 1-hour timeframe, and an overal cover of 2-hour. I'm proud to share that we have successfully achieved this for a vast portion of the country. This accomplishment has enabled us to adopt a flexible approach to projects, on-site visits, and services. Our strong belief in the importance of local presence has been pivotal in building partnerships. #partners #partnerships Reflecting on my personal journey, it's been an incredible ride, albeit not without its challenges. Yet, I wouldn't trade those experiences for anything. Building our team across different locations, scouting for suitable business spaces (warehouses/offices), navigating relationships with landlords and local councils, managing our fleet and IT infrastructure – all while building a great team, a JK family, with dedicated colleagues fulfilling diverse roles, whether in-office, on-the-road, or providing cross-border support. Piecing all these elements together is solving a jigsaw puzzle :) I take pride in contributing to this growth and expansion. It's safe to say that JK floorheating Ltd. now stands strong across Scotland, England, and Wales. I want to thank all our partners, especially those who've been with us since day one – you've been instrumental in making all of this a reality. Our goal has always been to create a situation where everyone comes benefits from the solution and service provided. We're aiming for that ultimate win-win-win scenario, where our partners, their clients, and our company all succeed together. As we approach nearly three decades in business, one thing remains clear: our partners have been the foundation of our journey, they've been there, contributing to growth and achievements.
