Everyone is puzzling over how to measure the effectiveness of a SWAG campaign. Actually, it's not that complicated. For example, we evaluated a campaign for our United Tech clients like this: we sent out a nice form to all recipients, where they had to rate all items from the SWAG pack from 0 to 10. There were several questions they had to answer - how satisfied they were with the quality of the products, whether they would use them, what gifts they would like to receive in the future, etc. Such a survey gives you a lot of important insights. For example, you'll find out the satisfaction percentage, how many employees will wear the branded clothing, how many will tell their friends about the corporate gift, what they liked most, and so on. It's not rocket science, but in this simple way, you can significantly improve the effectiveness of your #SWAG campaigns.
