Growth happens through exploration and support. Unlike trees that stay rooted, we can move and evolve. Allow yourself to embrace change and explore new paths. Stumbles and failures are part of growth. Never forget to recognize those who support and guide you.

🌟🌟Reminder🌟🌟 While the sentiment that teachers are the stewards of the world's greatest resource—children—carries a certain appeal, it inadvertently frames our children within a paradigm that I find deeply troubling. To categorize children, or indeed any human beings, as 'resources' is to commodify their existence, reducing their rich, complex humanity to something akin to a stock or a mineral. This terminology, reminiscent of corporate asset management, subjects our children to a process of materialization that is wholly inappropriate and fundamentally objectionable. The term 'resource' strips away the intrinsic value of a child’s emotions, experiences, and individuality, reducing them to units in a ledger of 'human capital'. This perspective is not only dehumanizing but also ignores the fundamental essence of what it means to be human. Children are sentient beings, rich in potential and deserving of care, respect, and love, far beyond what the cold logic of 'resource management' can encompass. Such language and the mindset it reflects are dangerously reductive, potentially guiding policy, education, and societal attitudes towards viewing children through a utilitarian lens, where their worth is measured by their potential productivity or utility rather than their inherent dignity and rights as individuals. We must vehemently oppose this materialistic framing and advocate for a discourse that recognizes children as human beings first and foremost, deserving of a nurturing environment that respects their humanity and individual needs, rather than managing them as assets to be optimized. Our approach to children must be rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of their unique human qualities. Only by rejecting the commodification of children and championing their rights and well-being as individuals can we hope to foster a society that truly values each person's humanity above all.

Yes, and make sure you show the emotions. It might be important to exaggerate them a bit. Scared or frustrated or overwhelmed these can be difficult for little people to see. Show them big then show yourself dealing with it. If you do such a good job dealing with them or suppressing them they never know what it looks like and feels like to have strong emotions AND regulate them. Last bit... probably stop talking about them so much... just show.
