Every Har Gow and Siu Mai is a meticulously crafted piece of art. This delicate craftsmanship encapsulates both human warmth and cherished memories within each dim sum piece. Maxim's Palace has collaborated with the Joyful Miniature Association and artist Vivian Lee to present traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum scenes through miniature models, bringing them to life before your eyes. The artist's painstaking efforts have resulted in over 100 pieces, including more than 30 types of Dim Sum such as Har Gow, Siu Mai, Char Siu Bao, and Rice Noodle Roll.
