🎉 What a delightful way to conclude 2023! 🎉 😄 It might sound funny, but I was initially unaware that Clifford Chance is a globally renowned firm. My sole focus was to enhance my knowledge in Business Sustainability and ESG issues. As I embarked on the Virtual Internship in Sustainable Finance, I began to encounter terms such as "Lender", "Obligor", "Borrower", and "Term-sheet". The journey was enlightening, as I: 🔹 Advised clients on future-proofing their businesses and identifying risks and opportunities. 🔹 Conducted research to provide high-level advice for clients, which I then transformed into a presentation. 🔹 Amended a term sheet based on client feedback. 🥂 A hearty cheer to Clifford Chance and Forage for providing this opportunity, and an additional cheer to myself for conducting in-depth research to uncover these programs. 🏅 I believe I deserve a medal, don't you agree?
