I still have to say that prior to the pandemic all vaccines would go through a very lengthy rigorous verification process in contrast to pandemic era, companies now can pipeline vaccines… And I thought that they would try find higher standards for vaccines now that vaccines are our first line of defense in the existential fight against Covid-19 virus but things seems to be going back to the pre pandemic commercial standards instead of the (developed) scientific standards for post pandemic vaccines era. And for this first line of defense, and we must never forget this fact, unfortunately there are no reliable standardized quality measures for our first line of defense vaccines that are our only protection against true annihilation from (Covid-19 virus only)

#DYK how wrong Physicians for Informed Consent is on this matter ? One should only read the Cochrane review to see the true benefits of the flu vaccine and th elites of Physicians for Informed Consent. And look at how many times while posting on ther flu, they were called out, and proven wrong. To the point, one wonders why Physicians for Informed Consent keeps reposting the same things over and over again, only to be called out over and over again. The Cochrane Review on flu vaccine: Authors' conclusions Healthy adults who receive inactivated parenteral influenza vaccine rather than no vaccine probably experience less influenza, from just over 2% to just under 1% (moderate‐certainty evidence). They also probably experience less ILI following vaccination, but the degree of benefit when expressed in absolute terms varied across different settings. Variation in protection against ILI may be due in part to inconsistent symptom classification. Certainty of evidence for the small reductions in hospitalisations and time off work is low. Protection against influenza and ILI in mothers and newborns was smaller than the effects seen in other populations considered in this review. Vaccines increase the risk of a number of adverse events, including a small increase in fever, but rates of nausea and vomiting are uncertain. The protective effect of vaccination in pregnant women and newborns is also very modest.
