JLL India Your property management team managing the property at Dehradun Pacific Golf Estate is incompetent. There is no way to contact your senior management because your local staff handling residents complaints will not give email addresses of senior management. Your local staff at Pacific Gof Estate Dehradun especially a man called Narottam Bhatt and their manager Negi will not help residents even when complaints are being raised on the platform provided in our case MyGate. The man Narottam closes all open tickets without ensuring proper resolution to our problems. Its like JLL mafia is running the show. Eventually all residents want to throw out JLL from Pacific Golf Estate and anyone who reads this post must now understand how desperate we are because JLL is one big messy organization and a very incompetent one at that. JLL staff fines people 2000k for minor issue which is probably illegal anyway and no one has ever bother to take them to court. Hope to see the mafia JLL India out of Pacific Golf Estate.
