Here, you will make an impact by: Delivering Payroll Services according to country regulations and labor law for Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, and the Netherlands Supporting employees and supervisors- questions surrounding compensation, payroll process, etc. Collaborating with payroll provider to report and solve issues related to payroll. Following support process and procedures for reporting issues and submitting tickets to Payroll provider or appropriate support organization Collaborating closely with HR teams for other payroll relevant tasks Staying abreast of laws and regulations and enforcing the processes aligned with these regulations related to payroll and ensuring alignment with Global payroll strategy expectations Maintaining high quality of data in the HR/Payroll systems. Managing reporting tasks for internal and external government systems Working tasks might include: Administering other benefit plans related to payroll, Providing time and absence support and resolution, Calculating termination package Profil To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor-s degree or a completed apprenticeship In-depth knowledge of the assigned area of responsibility (theories and practices), typically applied to one or more disciplines such as payroll processing, labor laws of Austria, compensation, staffing, employee relations, etc. Generally requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English Ability to manage multi-countries payroll within the timeline. I met with a business owner recently that told me they're currently using (and paying for) 5 different systems for HR and payroll One each for: - Payroll - Benefits admin - Performance Management - Recognition / Engagement - Expenses Most of the systems weren't talking to each other either leading to manual uploads, excel spreadsheets, and hundreds of hours wasted on admin work.
