Patient Experience and User Experience are very important at LUX MED. In the Digital Team, we pay close attention to the Voice of Patients, as we are implementing initiatives to improve digital channels📱 especially the Patient Portal LUX MED. Our patients' numerous feedback prompted us to provide a new way of making rehabilitation appointments. I had the pleasure of working on this project - making appointments for single rehabilitation services through the Patient Portal💻. This is not a revolution but certainly an evolution in how rehabilitation is managed in the Patient Portal. With this solution, we have made it easier and faster for patients to make rehabilitation appointments without needing to call the CC. The patient can easily fit the rehabilitation treatment into their calendar and manage it easily. 🌟🏥🗓️ I believe that the launch of this feature will create a positive experience for our Patient Portal users.

This is great to see! VR has some amazing potential, particularly in the rehabilitation space. I can personally attest, as I've been using Beat Saber and Thrill of the Fight to work on balance and movement as Achilles recovers. VR/AR also has a lot of anecdotal evidence for weight management, cardiovascular fitness, and balance.
