1moAs political tensions continue to rise, especially in the wake of recent events like the Trump assassination attempt, it's crucial for HR executives to take proactive steps to maintain a respectful and inclusive workplace. In our recent research survey, the State of Workplace Injustice Report, a staggering 66% of employees experience workplace injustice, but 83% of employers failed to respond to these incidents. This inaction can exacerbate political divides and lead to a toxic work environment. To reduce these tensions, HR leaders must implement strategies that promote open dialogue, establish clear policies, and provide training focused on respect and inclusivity.
