Any job that requires more than 3-ish interviews is kind of a red flag. Especially the interviews where you meet a panel and then you meet the same panel with one additional person on it. Can't you speak to each other? I've seen so many companies waste candidate's time with 6, 7 even 8 rounds, assessment after assessment only to ghost them at the last round. If you're interview process is more than 5 steps long from start to finish, you are doing something wrong. It shouldn't take all that to assess talent. You might need to hire better recruiters, train your managers to interview and keep a standardized recruitment process. Don't make candidates jump through several hoops only to make 60k 🙄, it's frustrating for job seekers. Comment below, what's the highest number of interview rounds you've gone through before? I'll go first, mine was 4 and I didn't get the job 🙃 📷 - @dudettewithasign

Very well said, it's so emotionally and mentally draining to be made to go through such a time wasting journey.Mine was 5 rounds, 2 months plus and I also didn't get the job.

Recent graduates have reported as many as 6 for an entry level job, which is ridiculous!!

Valid points! Ibiyemi Balogun, MBA, CHRP, CCS What about the candidate pooling system so desired by the public service? Candidates go through several interview rounds only to end up on a “waiting list” for a year or two. The outcome is ridiculously against an applicant if all it gets is a waiting list. Can anyone debate in favour of these being global recruiting best practices. Any HR’s think otherwise?
