One of the most highly respected CEOs in the CPG industry, Jeff Harmening of General Mills, just said his company plans to increase investment in smart digital promotions like the ones that Ibotta provides: "We’re also delivering compelling value through coupons. In fact, we plan to increase our coupon spend by more than 20 percent in the first half of fiscal ’25. Through use of our first-party data, we can target specific consumers with digital coupon offerings, allowing us to deliver highly efficient, targeted value."
