It's ok to question the validity of change frameworks and models. One of the most shocking aspects of change management is the unquestioning faith that is often put into models and frameworks. We generally assume there must be empirical data and evidence to support their validity, right? The truth may shock you. Go and ask the questions. Seek the answers. Follow the evidence. The over use and reuse of templates without thought to the desired outcome is another!

This is a great visual. You don’t always need all the frameworks to deliver the change. Sometimes getting bogged down in completing all the frameworks can actually cause some resistance.

Models must be fit for purpose based on the change/transformation itself AND the past-change/cultural realities of the organization driving the change adoption.
