What do you do when your change is really stuck? In the Lean Change Agent workshop we teach participants how to use the Hot Seat exercise to generate options for new directions. The Hot Seat takes the Lean Change Cycle - the Engine of Lean Change - and compresses it into a short workshop. Participants bring their biggest change challenges and vote for the most pressing. Insights are generated to gain context about the challenge. Then the collective intelligence of the group is unleashed to generate various options for change activities and experiments. Each option is evaluated on a cost/benefit matrix and then the selected options move to the change Kanban board for execution. Learn this approach for yourself in our next Lean Change Agent workshop. We have two cohorts kicking off soon: Aug 6: North America, Europe, Middle East, & Africa https://lnkd.in/gmitzzTH Aug 7: North America, Australia, New Zealand https://lnkd.in/gmtPJQT6 Over six weeks and six modules you will collaborate with a group of change professionals from around the world to learn new and moderns ways to facilitate change! #change #changemanagement #leanchange
