This time, it was the team in Warsaw coming together to showcase their teamwork skills. 🎯 And what better way to do that than with an exciting session of shuffleboard? It was the perfect activity to enhance their collaborative spirit and have some fun. 🤝 The whole team enjoyed spending quality time together outside of the usual work routine. The Porto Leading Investor Blip.pt is embarking on a new journey towards a better work-life balance for its employees. Since April 1st, the tech company founded in Porto in 2009 is rolling out a pilot project that introduces a shorter workweek, with employees working just 36 hours per week for the next four months. "What our data tells us is that the most precious benefit we can offer our employees is time — free time and more time with their loved ones — and that's what we seek to provide," said Sara Sousa, Blip's general manager to the press. The goals of this initiative are simple: to create a happier, more productive work environment, and to attract talent.
