Russian idealogy is far greater of a threat than any designated terrorist organization (DTO). Why? Three attributes exist when analyzing DTOs in order to prioritize their threat relevance which drives resources and emphasis against them. They are; capability, capacity, and the will to act. Russia has demonstrated all three and currently presents an extensional threat to our NATO Allies and Parnters. Due to global economics, Russias willingness to engage in illegal conflicts has negative global impacts. The longer the illegal invasion of Ukraine persists, the longer everyone globally is impacted. Sometimes, authoritarian dictators only understand and respond to strong action. Bullies never back down to weak responses, it only emboldens them. Doug Livermore Mike Robinson
