World Earth Day, celebrated on April 22nd each year, is observed to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote actions to protect the Earth. The day originated from the environmental movement in the 1970s and has since grown into a global event involving millions of people advocating for a healthier and more sustainable world. At IKS, we wanted to remind everyone the importance of conservation and sustainability, encouraging people to take steps to preserve our planet. We received an overwhelming response to this initiative. Presenting a few of our colleagues and the things they do to be sustainable and a responsible citizen of the world. This Saturday at 8:30pm is #EarthHour. How is WWF using the principles of influence to engage audiences? The annual Earth Hour campaign by WWF has evolved from a relatively passive act of switching off the lights to an active promotion of positive engagement, urging individuals to dedicate 60 minutes to environmental action.
