🌈 Pride Month Reflections: Better Late Than Never 🌈 As June slips into the rear-view mirror, I find myself reflecting on Pride Month and that I am in a job that can directly impact on diversity and inclusion. Over the years we've seen incredible strides made towards equality and inclusion. Although my message is a bit delayed, I believe it's never too late to celebrate and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. I believe Pride Month is more than just a celebration; it's a powerful reminder of the ongoing fight for equal rights and the importance of creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. Whether it's supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues, promoting diverse hiring practices, or simply educating ourselves on the issues that matter, every effort counts.
