Unpopular opinion: While the leadership ‘experts’ boast about their leadership positions and actions with their workshops, masterclasses and online programs, they forgot about the One that promoted them to that position. Creating a million dollar/euro company is easy, telling people what to do is easy (especially for military leaders), showing off your successes after being successful for a year or two is easy. You can fool everyone with your ego, pride and lust for money and status. But you can’t fool the One. My advice is to not talk too much about yourselves and YOUR accomplishments. Because one day you will feel like a nobody again.
