Are you passionate about what you are doing? ✌️ Well, we usually use #LinkedIn for promoting ourselves or maybe request a job opportunity, but what happens if we change this actions for a second? and we use it for something else like #gratitude! There is a place in #Panama called Yoi Restaurant located in Chanis (probably you saw it once or twice crossing the neighborhood). But far from just love the Honey Butter Chicken, I would like to highlight the employees behavior. How interesting is to enter a place we're the person who opens you the door, knows your name? or Maybe the cashier (called Lili) knows your order and already know your complete name, but is almost #Blowingmind that even the supervisor (called Lourdes), ask you how is everything (and of course knows your name, likewise). I am really happy to share this Customer Service Experience that is not only focused on a daily transaction or maybe the monthly salary. Is how the Human Relations improve our experience with others with just using the secret weapon called time investment of what you care. #BabySteps ! Hopefully you can enjoy this experience too. The number 2 way to create guest satisfaction is to implement superior SoS (Sequence of Service) to leave a good impression on guests as well as superior product standards ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The number 3 way to get guests to come back to our restaurant is by serving guests sincerely, greeting guests by saying their name and asking for their cellphone number so that we can communicate if there are promotions, we can share promotional information with guests. The world isn't fair. Some people get the job for a myriad of reasons, from being more skilled in something that is necessary for the position, to being better than you at kissing asses. I don't know about other industries but there are so many managers in the hotel industry who are in their position today without sufficient prior experience and qualifications required to manage properly. A Purchasing Manager who was previously a general cashier? Yes A Director of Rooms who was an admin manager? Yes A Group GM who was triple promoted from Asst Director of F&B? Hell yes 🤣 If you transferred your previous experiences to your new position while making an effort to learn on the job, then it is highly possible to be a valuable asset to the company in that new position. But if you were placed in your current position due to your killer cable or because your boss wanted to reward you for your loyalty to him or her personally and you make no effort to improve yourself, then you are actually of no value to the company. You will effectively be useless when the right management takes over.

I won't have this fee paid. because I make a decision to switch, so I got a extra fee paid. is this RM 32.62 important to me? Yes, indeed, it helps, more than just the amount it helps me see the possibility to operate this business it gives me the blueprint to open similar in multiple areas in Puchong, in Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Serdang, Balakong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya Like myself, if you choose to change to a different restaurant, you will begin to see this extra income soon. why the current restaurant owner don't give you a fee? why? is good to think about it.
