As per Erik Erikson, development of basic trust is the first state of psychosocial development occurring, or failing, during the first two years of life. And here we see TRUST!

Health is wealth!

Being kind and compassionate doesn't mean you have to tolerate being taken advantage of. It's important to set boundaries and stand up for yourself when necessary while still maintaining a kind and respectful demeanor. Balancing kindness with self-respect is key to healthy relationships and personal well-being.

This is some rich advice. It is sometimes hard to keep focused and not react or change because of "bad" people. And they ARE out there. In droves. Don't let others change who you are and what you are doing. Haters are always gonna hate!!! And - unfortunately haters usually hate successful, smart, creative people who also happen to be successful at what they do. Been there done that. Shooing them off and ignoring them on a DAILY basis. Side note - if you are one of the "bad" people - or you don't know how to not let jealousy, envy or whatever it is come through in your actions - get help.
