I'm against templatizing personal branding. Because it demands your individuality—highlighting unique traits and ambitions. Applying a one-size-fits-all template falls short. You must tailor your brabding to showcase your distinct journey and vision. No universal template applies, only personalized paths succeed.

A very common mistake that I see with the cool kids is, that people start writing to the same pain points although they have different target audiences. Example: e.g. Matt Barker talks about his life and how he became a successful copywriter who can now life his life. With that he targets hopeful copywriters who buy his frameworks and trainings. And he attracts some ghostwriting clients. Now I see a lot of other people in other industries talking about the successful solopreneur life while their target audience does not care about that. So, to your point, Imran Khushal, when I sound like everyone else (or like the cool kids), chances are, I am missing my audience because they do not care about what I mistakenly have been writing about.

I think what’s worse for me is reading the same things over and over again. My brain just can’t take it.

That’s the thing with templates. They can help you to get started but they can’t help you to stand out.

Tone - Personality - Narrative. I've found these 3 to help me stand out! Stop being a people pleaser! Just tell who you are, what you were, where you are now! And how you got there! Imran Khushal
