#WednesdayWisdom Building an inclusive culture is not an overnight job, it's the small steps we all take to ensure everyone feels valued, heard, and included. It's not just the responsibility of a DEI Lead or HR, but of everyone in the organization. It's about making it practical, accessible, and actionable. As a manager, think about how you can ensure everyone's voice is heard in meetings - perhaps by sending out a question in advance that everyone can prepare for. As a colleague, show genuine interest in your peers - ask about their weekend, actively listen and remember small details. This is where the role of allyship comes in!
