Once a clear strategy and committed leadership are in place, the next step is to provide leaders with the necessary tools for inclusivity. This is precisely what we've been collaborating on with Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci. After establishing a vision for inclusive leadership, they rolled up their sleeves and began implementing structural and behavioral changes. Our initial focus was on inclusive hiring, as BRISA acknowledges that without inclusive practices in this area, organizations risk missing out on valuable sources of innovation and creativity. During a highly interactive workshop lasting 2.5 hours, leaders had the opportunity to reflect on their behaviors and actions. They recognized that despite their best intentions, they sometimes fell prey to biases. By the end of the session, participants were adept at identifying bias signals and developing strategies to mitigate them. Kudos to all 30 participants for their courage and curiosity, and a special appreciation to the Young Advisory Board, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that BRISA's leaders remained accountable and courageous in driving these changes forward. #InclusiveHiring #InclusiveLeadership #InclusiveHiringLab
