After the installations, the participant is able to monitor through the SENDER app the consumption of the air-to-air heat pump and the underfloor heating. The #SENDERapp will showcase information about your consumption and its evolution, providing you with tools to better understand what type of consumer you are, so that you can keep on improving. The H2020 SENDER automation and monitoring device works by itself. It will adapt to the characteristics of your house, and your energy consumption. Based on that, it will schedule your energy consumption so that you can live your life as usual, but also boosting your personal energy efficiency, and that of the electric grid. What’s more, if you keep it on most of the time, the project will offer you additional energy efficient devices, such as highly efficient light bulbs or smart plugs! This World Environment Day, G42 recognizes the significant environmental challenges posed by data centers. As the energy demands of AI continue to rise, achieving a balance with sustainability becomes increasingly crucial.   To address this, G42 is constantly seeking alternative sources of clean energy. Our recent announcement about constructing a state-of-the-art green data center in Kenya, powered entirely by renewable geothermal energy, underscores our commitment to sustainability. This initiative is part of a $1 billion digital investment in Kenya, in collaboration with Microsoft and the Republic of Kenya’s Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, to support economic development across East Africa.   In line with this vision, Khazna Data Centers are making significant strides with their "Future First Strategy." Utilizing a unique modular design to reduce construction time and energy use, Khazna has achieved an average Power Usage Efficiency (PUE) of less than 1.5, below the sector average.
