Innova and Schroders Greencoat LLP's joint venture, ISG Renewables, has acquired Newbold Pacey Solar Park. The site is currently in construction and expected to energise later this year, producing enough energy to power 10,616 homes whilst saving 11,466 tonnes of CO2 annually. This is the third acquisition made by ISG Renewables, following Carn Nicolas Solar Park in April 2023 and Bicker Fen in September 2023.
