Some of the challenges I find most common in this role could be continuously nurturing relationships with clients, keeping up with industry trends and competition, plus conveying new fresh proposals for the company. I am eager to contribute to this exciting company full of challenges!⁣ ⁣ W𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?⁣ ⁣ It´s a challenge for sure. The way in which the space market works is completely different in terms of competition, market share, growth potential, suppliers, entry barriers etc. However, driving these challenges as a business development assistant can be helpful to build new innovative proposals and navigate the variety of possibilities this market has to offer.⁣ ⁣ W𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗦?⁣  ⁣ Everyone has been really helpful since my kickoff in Solar Mems. My first impression is that there’s always something new to learn and exciting ways to contribute! They are a great team of professionals.

Since Interviews kick off tomorrow, our team won't have the capacity to do this again. Wish we could because there are a few promising-looking resumes but a resume simply doesn't tell the story we need to understand whether an applicant can be shortlisted. PPS: Only 4 so far responded - I'll be looking out for their portfolio's because I appreciate the time these applicants have taken to invest in their chance of landing an interview. It's the little things!
