There are several misunderstandings regarding CX and UX – for instance, the misconception that CX solely pertains to external customers while UX is limited to internal users like employees. However, this is not accurate. Both CX and UX encompass broader scopes that extend beyond these narrow definitions. Let’s break it down: Customer Experience (CX): CX takes a broader view and encompasses all the interactions a customer has with a company. This includes not just the product itself but also the overall service, including advertising, customer service, pricing, delivery and the sales process.
