She has held key roles in fundraising, program management, policy analysis, and advocacy, contributing significantly to community mental health, food access, Community Action, Medicaid, and early intervention programs. With over a decade of experience as a social work educator, Rose has dedicated herself to mentoring the next generation of social workers. Born and raised in Athens, she is a fervent advocate for the Appalachian Ohio region.
