My name is Vanessa Chandler and I am the manager of Employee engagement as well as the Facility security officer. My name is Greg Higgins and I'm a manager at IHOP. My name is Glenn Stiegel and my role is Software engineer. My name is Prakash Badreya, I'm a senior architect at IOP working for past 11 years. My name is Prateek Prakash. I'm a senior Systems engineer and I've been with the company for 4 1/2 years now. If I could describe. Peace, company culture, and three words. It would be advanced your world. It's really a mission statement that is lived out by all employees and leadership of IOP. My 3 words for IOP's company culture would be transparency, sharing, and fun. And the first thing I noticed when I got to IOP was just the strong focus on getting mission results, getting those to the customer. And that's something that really permeates the culture and has never changed. And then I think the third thing is fun loving. I mean, you spent a lot of time, you know, with your teammates, maybe more than with your family. And so we take our work seriously, but we like to laugh along the way. And I think that's important to all of us. Integrity, respect and loyalty. Respect because we always shout out to honor each other and honor our client in our dealings with them, in the way we interact with them in meetings. And when we interact with each other, we value each other's opinions and we try to do absolute best we can to recognize the diversity of beliefs and diversity of. Ideas we're never too busy to help one another. I'd say we're innovative because we're always striving to be at the forefront of new technologies. We're always trying to keep our ear to the ground, see what's new and try to use those new technologies to help our clients. One of the things that I think IOP what's really attractive about is sort of merges both of those worlds, you know the big capabilities and yet a really small company feel and to me it's the best of both worlds but IOP. When you're not there, you're miss. When you're there, everyone's happy to see you and I think that is a really important part of our culture. I worked at both large and small companies over the years. IEP culture stands out for me. It is like a tight knit family environment working with wonderful people, so work is never tired. IOP values its employees, their growth and Wellness in the company so that people always feel satisfied with whatever they do. Reported just different perspectives in the IT world. So you know, from the architecture side to the development side and then in the CIO office, you know, you really get to build a base of a perspectives that allows you to see things from from everybody's angle. And that's really helped me and I think really helps our people, you know, to continue to grow and to share those those ideas and those experiences around.

The ED system is complicated and intricate, but with core recurring functions, features and structures, it has devices to mediate demand and creates buffering to make care safer. Adaption and accommodation to prevailing circumstances, tradeoffs and negotiations are constantly occurring. If ED fails to develop a good relationship with their adjacent specialities, efficiency and effectiveness will likely be suboptimal (Braithwaite,2019). ——————————————-———————— Interestingly, external Trusts commonly ask for our SOPs or protocols to improve performance. When in my view, it's behaviours that exist outside of policy that make the most significant impact. A culture of coordination and cooperation makes the most critical difference.
