We recently brought together CHROs and key business leaders for a closed-door roundtable on employee wellbeing in the modern workplace. We also took this opportunity to share insights from our soon-to-be-launched whitepaper, done in collaboration with ASEAN Human Development Organization (AHDO), “ASEAN Workplace Wellbeing 2024: 5 Emerging Trends for the Future.” During the roundtable, it was heartening to see attendees engaged in our discussion on actionable strategies and policies that can be implemented in organisations to foster a better working environment.
