Well, wasn't that something!? Thank you New York! As the #T20WorldCup shifts to Florida and the Caribbean make sure you get involved in the party if you can! https://lnkd.in/dpn4yNnX
Yes it was! Thank you International Cricket Council for bringing international cricket to the Big Apple! ❤️🏏🍎
The worst decision was to play match on pitches which were not used before. And this was world cup. For advertising purposes it was good but no pitches and ground can be playable untill domestic cricket played on it for some time.
Besides providing an amazing spectacle, brought back some respect to bowlers by providing "spicy" pitches! It was hard to imagine Cricket and New York together, a huge boost to global spread of this wonderful game.
Team USA were no push overs. Hope they qualify for the super eight.
"What an amazing event! New York truly knows how to host a spectacular T20 World Cup. Thanks to everyone who made it possible and to the fans for their incredible support! 🙌🏽"
Worth attending!! Very well organized once at the event - getting tickets different story 🤔

2moThe Atmosphere was amazing, however the pitches should have been given more time to adapt to the NYC soil. The outfield was slow and sandy which took away the charm of some of the beautiful shots. Overall it accounted for an average cricketing experience which was only uplifted by the fans. Hopefully, the low scoring experience for the players does not dissuade ICC into rethinking about hosting future events in NYC.
