MWC crews based out of our Troy office conducted pole top and bucket rescue training on Tuesday at the IBEW 702 training facility.  Rescue training is an important skill to maintain ensuring our workers are well prepared to handle emergency situations.

The summer of 2023 underscored the vital need for grid resilience and the expanding contribution of renewable energy in addressing peak electricity demands. With climate change fueling extreme weather events, the U.S. power grid must evolve and innovate to ensure continued reliability and efficiency.
