2wInvitation Homes Do not rent from these people. I thought at first it was great but 4 months into my 2 yr lease and very disappointed. So electric bill super high not even in the middle of summer. HVAC came out cooling fine but pulling to much electricity needs replaces, TECO electric comes out AC not working correctly pulling to much electricity. BUT because it cools its okay. So now the May being. 501.91 electric bill what is going to happen in June? Did a maintenance request for electric just to make sure nothing else. Guess what.....You got it HVAC pulling to much electricity not working right. Again because HVAC is cooling no replacement or repairs to help The tenant with a high electric bill. Oh and they also sent a 2nd opinion for HVAC same company different guy..it's cooling properly. Just because it is half working...doesn't mean it's working. I have now contacted code enforcement, BBB, goodle review, now this review and I will keep digging to see what else I can do. Just think twice before renting.
