Today marks 1 year chalked off working with Deploy Recruitment Group, Jesus, that’s gone past in the blink of an eye. (they say time flies when you're having fun and all that jazz). ⏲ A year ago, Paul Smith had just completed a buyout of the Deploy Recruitment Group business from the wider group. A step taken based on the "100% belief and confidence in the people around him". For me, to take this step and cite the reasons as being the team he has around him for me spoke volumes. So the thought of being part of that team and contributing to the success and growth of the business really put fire in my belly…decision made! So what’s happened in a year then? Well…. ·      In my 3rd office in a year due to our growth ·      8 new employees ·      3 new apprentices ·      Integrated market-leading tech across the business ·      Total Rebrand ·      Established a U.S. Division ·      Had a bucketload of fun along the way I’m sure I’m missing loads of other stuff, too; it's been bloody hard graft for everyone but immensely rewarding. And to achieve what we have achieved in the last 12 months really demonstrates the sense of ‘team’ within this business.
