Successfully executed a 2-bit Binary Multiplier on the Spartan 3E FPGA board using the ISE design suite. This multiplier efficiently handles 2-bit binary numbers (A1,A0 and B1,B0), yielding results in decimal format. Examples: 1: input 1 1 [ 3] input 1 1 [ 3] output of multiplier- 1001[ 9] 2: input 1 1 [3] input 1 0 [ 2] output of multiplier- 110 [ 6] Utilized a half adder to manage carry when adding binary bits. Hello Connections! I am excited to share that I've started working on Spartan 3E FPGA board in the workshop program on "SPARTAN 3E FPGA BOARD" organizing by Sense Semiconductor & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a part of that program, I've successfully implemented the 2x1 Multiplexer in Spartan 3E FPGA board with ISE design suite. Multiplexer is also known as a data selector, is a device that selects between several analog or digital input signals and forwards the selected input to a single output line. Multiplexer consists of 2^n inputs, n selection lines and 1 output. Inputs are taken from toggle switches and outputs are displayed on LEDs. #day65 PWM: Pulse Width Modulation ~In power electronics, pulse width modulation is a proven effective technique for controlling semiconductor devices. Pulse width modulation or PWM is a commonly used control technique that generates analog signals from digital devices such as microcontrollers. The signal thus produced will have a train of pulses, and these pulses will be in the form of square waves ~Pulse width modulation reduces the average power delivered by an electrical signal by converting the signal into discrete parts.
