We are officially a B Corp 📣 🎉   We’re incredibly proud to announce that Lesniak Swann has joined the ranks of some of the UK’s most responsible companies to become a B Corp (B Lab UK). We’ve joined an exclusive list of 16 B2B marketing agencies who are B Corp, fundamentally shifting how we work to prioritise operating in a wholly purpose-driven way, while aspiring to do no harm and benefit all. B Corp certification is an intense process, which saw our Account Director Jo Holdcroft spend more than 500 hours collating evidence for over 150 criteria to achieve the certification. This included details on how we have created a positive workplace experience for employees, and the process for choosing suppliers ethically, whilst also making operational and behavioural changes to support a low carbon footprint. We’re incredibly proud of this award and in joining a global community with a clear mission to create a better world, and for creating a positive workplace experience for all our colleagues, customers and partners.
