International Court of Justice #ICJ; while justice has been suppressed by the occupiers??? 5. World Health Organisation #WHO; where public health has been ruined each day and health professionals are raped and martyred. 6. United Nations Office of Project Services #UNOPS; where project Palestine has been suppressed. 7. International Criminal Court #ICC; where criminals are killing the innocents? 8. Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons #OPCW; where phosphorus bombs are used to destroy the refugee camps in schools and hospitals. 9. Last but not the least; United Nations Relief and Work Agency For Palestinian Refugees #UNRWA; where refugees are killed each day. Are these offices fake??? Were they created to grab money only??? Will ever they support the Right and Just??? If No; then all of them should be closed. Stop the Innocent Killings; Stop the #War.... Save #Humanity; Save #Palestine.....

Somali children confront several problems in their daily life, including a lack of protection. Some of the major difficulties include: 1. Poverty: Many Somali children grow up in poverty, resulting in a lack of access to basic essentials such as food, shelter, and healthcare. This can have a negative effect on their physical and emotional wellbeing. 2. Violence and war: Somalia has been plagued by conflict for decades, resulting in widespread violence and instability. Children are frequently caught in the crossfire and face the possibility of being injured, murdered, or recruited as child soldiers. Local and international organizations are working together to address these issues and protect Somali children. This involves ensuring access to education, healthcare, and social services, as well as fighting for legislation and programs that safeguard children's rights and well-being. 29.4.2024 Israel’s genocide- war on children Khan Younis, the second largest city in Gaza which prior to the conflict was home to over 200,000 people, is now a “ghost town”, reported Save the Children International (SCI) on 25 April following an assessment mission to the area. Similar to scenes of total devastation in Gaza city recently described by OCHA and UNRWA, SCI stressed that every single building that they observed was “either severely damaged or rubble on the ground,” with some people returning to protect what has remained of their properties and belongings. According to an interim assessment by the World Bank, over 60 per cent of residential buildings and nearly 80 per cent of commercial facilities had been damaged or destroyed in Gaza between October 2023 and January 2024, with 80 per cent of total damage concentrated in the governorates of Gaza, North Gaza and Khan Younis. SCI additionally observed that many children were walking “all by themselves,” in destroyed streets and being in dangerous proximity to destroyed or semi-destroyed buildings, with many carrying heavy containers, likely of water. Already in February, UNICEF estimated that at least 17,000 children were unaccompanied or separated from their parents throughout Gaza and the spokesperson of SOS Children’s Villages UK noted that the “creation of a new acronym – WCNSF, which stands for Wounded Child, No Surviving Family – is a sobering reminder of the heavy price children are paying.” https://lnkd.in/dzrzm9Tn

The ongoing israel cruelty on palestine has resulted in a devastating humanitarian crisis for innocent civilians, particularly children. With limited access to food, water, and shelter, many families are struggling to survive in the midst of constant airstrikes and fighting. The loss of loved ones has left many children orphaned and traumatized, with no one to care for them or protect them from the Violence. The situation in palestine is dire, with medical facilities overwhelmed and unable to provide the necessary care for the injured. The lack of clean water and sanitation has led to the spread of disease, further exacerbating the suffering of the civilian population. Innocent lives are being lost daily, and the world is continue to turn a blind eye to the plight of those caught in the crossfire. The international community must come together to put an end to the violence in palestine and provide immediate aid to those in need. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure the safety and well-being of innocent civilians, especially children, who are bearing the brunt of this war.The time to act is now, before this war convert into third world war and more lives are lost, more families are torn apart by the devastation of war. #humanrights #childprotection #violence

It’s not “just 13 UNRWA” employees! It’s 13 UNRWA employees where the evidence was so overwhelmingly damning that without an investigation, they have been fired and now an investigation needs to take place. Let’s be clear! Thousands of UNRWA employees have been complicit in one or many of the following acts: ➡️ Hiding or allowing weapons to be hidden in UNRWA controlled hospitals, schools, and houses. ➡️ Enabling questionable educational materials and ideologies to be distributed, taught or encouraged in UNRWA funded schools. ➡️ Actively participating in violence against Israelis on October 7 or since. ➡️ Allowing Hamas to misappropriate funds or aid (food, clothes, fuel) intended for the citizens of Gaza. ➡️ Knowlingly turn a blind eye to years of tunnel building, weapons stockpiling and abuse of power by the Hamas regime. ➡️ Knowingly allow hostages, women, children and elderly to be secreted away among people they have been entrusted to look after, if not worse, harboring them themselves. This is the most abhorrent IMHO! Saying that cutting funding to UNRWA because of 13 complicit people, is like saying waging war on Germany because of 1,000 SS guardsmen at Auschwitz wasn’t justified. When Jews were being rounded up, put in ghettos and on cattle trains and taken to slaughter, the Polish and German and other European citizens who allowed it to happen were complicit. Anyone showing outrage over the freezing of funding to UNRWA should be showing outrage that perhaps money they thought was going to help the Palestinian people, they claim to care about, may have been misappropriated… These people should be more concerned with how that money was used, and the fact that evidence has now shown there were some very serious violations of code of conduct for an organization purported to be helping the Palestinian people, but who instead perpetuate them in a life of poverty, refugeeism and misery. In other words… if you ACTUALLY care about Palestinians, UNRWA needs to be defunded and an investigation carried out. For members of Al-Shabaab who surrender to the Somali Army, the best approach involves a combination of security, rehabilitation, and reintegration measures. Here's a my recommendations 1. **Disarmament and Security Screening**: - Immediate disarmament and thorough security screening to assess the level of involvement and threat posed by each surrendering individual. 2. **Rehabilitation Programs**: - Establishing deradicalization programs that provide psychological counseling, ideological re-education, and vocational training. - Engage religious leaders and scholars to counteract extremist ideologies and promote moderate interpretations of Islam. 3. **Reintegration Initiatives**: - Providing social and economic support to help former fighters reintegrate into society, including education, job training, and employment opportunities. - Work with local communities to foster acceptance and support for returning individuals, ensuring they are not ostracized or discriminated against. 4. **Legal Framework**: - Implementing a legal framework that allows for conditional amnesty, ensuring accountability for serious crimes while offering a path to rehabilitation for those who surrender. - Establishing clear policies and transparent processes for surrender and reintegration, including criteria for eligibility and oversight mechanisms. 5. **Monitoring and Support**: - Ongoing monitoring of rehabilitated individuals to prevent recidivism and ensure their continued integration into society. - Providing continuous support and mentorship to address any challenges they may face during reintegration. 6. **Community Engagement**: - Involving local communities and civil society organizations in the reintegration process to create a supportive environment and address any potential grievances. The Somali government requires a multi-faceted and coordinated approach, involving various stakeholders including security forces, government agencies, international partners, and local communities. The displacement crisis in #Somalia is complex and multifaceted, driven by conflict and climatic shocks. With particular focus on Kismaayo district, the main drivers of displacement include conflict and drought as per the Protection and Return Monitoring Network (PRMN) in Somalia as of October, before the occurrence of El Niño flooding. The most prevalent #protection risks currently being faced by the populations in Kismaayo are: ❗ Discrimination and stigmatization, denial of resources, opportunities, services and/or humanitarian access. ❗ Forced recruitment and association of children in armed forces and groups. ❗ Gender based violence. ❗ Child and forced family separation.
