Designed to welcome and orient new talent into the ITC family, the Assistant Under Training (AUT) Induction 2024, an in-person Corporate Induction Programme was held at ITC Sonar, Kolkata, from July 1 to 4. The days were packed with insightful sessions led by ITC's leadership, providing the young leaders with valuable insights into the Company's vision and values. One of the highlights of the event was the immersive experience, “Discovering Joy,” through which the team interacted with communities in Kolkata and learned about the significant changes that ITC’s Social Investments Programme, Mission Sunehra Kal, brought into their lives. The induction programme culminated in a gala dinner, where the team of 104 had the opportunity to meet and interact with ITC's leadership and seek inspiration from seasoned professionals. AUT Induction 2024 was a blend of education, inspiration, and celebration for the future leaders as they embark on their journey with ITC. #PeoplePositive #TheITCWay #ITConCampus

There are many sponsor companies and high profile people at many places, but no one comes forward to sponsor our West Bengal Divyang Cricket Association Physically Challenged Cricket Team. If they sponsor even a little, it will be very helpful for our players. #WBDCA #help #support #InclusiveCricket #keepsupporting
