It's a new year, and hey, it's a leap year, so we've got an extra day to figure things out, make mistakes and live life. We've got the go-getters making big resolutions, and then there's the crew skipping the resolution game 'cause, you know, history. Well, everyone's got their vibe, right? But here I am, sharing some 2024 goals, hoping to switch up how we see resolutions, because resolutions can be fun too. So some of my resolutions are - 1. Try new food items 2. Find places which serve amazing fries and coffee and Pani batashe. 3. Explore the city I live in. ( Because it's high time I should know more about it.) 4. Make new memories. 5. Visit bookstores more often (at least more than what I did last year.) 6. Read more physical books. That's all Folks!

We asked our students what was the most important aspect and while 43.6% strongly agree, mostly all of our students care deeply about safety in cities. We’ve seen it across our LNER Squad 006 and the trend continues even with a new batch of young people in our Smarter Cities Squad 014. When it came to aspects like Public spaces, Environment and sustainability, Accessibility and inclusivity, Transportation and mobility, Digital services, and Vibrant and inclusive communities, Safety significantly ranked higher! 👉 So, how might we as a society provide safer spaces for young people in our cities?
