Hey folks, this is Ryan Shell from Dandy and I'm going to take you through a quick demo of our AI Insights feature. Insights allow you to really quickly create a summary of any report or dashboard that you have access to in Dandy and creating these types of summaries used to take teams hours if not days to produce and it usually required analyst resources from front to back to make that happen. Now we can do it with just a couple clicks. So I'm going to start us off in the explorer portion of our product here. This is serves as our report builder and I will create a quick report here. Let's create one for. Attrition rates. Based on different business units here. I'll generate this report. And then I can make some tweaks here. Maybe I'll look at this report quarterly. And typically from here, I would start to dive in and analyze and try to understand how these attrition rates were different for all of my different business units. But now you'll see the insights option pop up here in the top right of your screen. I'll select that. And Daddy's AI is going to get to work producing a simple to understand, compelling narrative about what's happening in this report. I will really quickly do a zoom in so you folks can read some of what we're getting here from this report. And you can see, because we created an attrition report by business unit, Dandy is calling out some of the differences that it's seeing in the data set and helping me understand what I should take from this particular report. Great. Now I'll zoom this back out for a moment. I'll show you how this works in a dashboard. I'll head back to my dashboard screen where I can view all the dashboards I have access to, and let's go ahead and look at an example on headcount and hiring that we have here. I'll click into this dashboard and what you'll be able to see is that we have a whole bunch of different types of reports here. So some of them based on headcount, others based on hiring by location or by different business units. We've also got some attrition trend data in here by job level, But I don't want to have to go through and scroll this entire dashboard to understand what's happening and compare all these different reports. So I'll again utilize the insights feature here in the top right. And when I do someone a dashboard, I'll get two options, the first of which is to summarize the entire dashboard. Or I can choose to get insights on just specific reports. In this case, I'm going to summarize the entire dashboard for us. Dan is going to take again just a moment to run those numbers and create these insights for me. And regain, we're getting a really clear. Awesome breakdown of what's happening across these dashboards. You can see Denny's even adding some organizational properties to it right numbering some of this so it makes it super simple for me to understand. Now when I create these insights into Dash, at the end I will be presented with the option to add these insights into this dashboard as text, which I can go ahead and do. I also have the ability here with the thumbs up or thumbs down to give feedback. Of course, our AI is always going to be learning, so helpful to get that. I'm going to select to add this to my dashboard here. And that's then going to get dropped in right here where I can choose to expand and change the size of these insights and make them available to anybody that has access to this dashboard across our account. We have more coming from insights as well as an AI chat bot that we're going to be rolling out later this summer. Thanks a ton. See you soon.
