Enterprise Manager at Bright Red Triangle

In classic summer-holiday-style, time is marching on and tonight is already the SECOND session of our online Business Creation course! Last week we kicked off by thinking about embedding #values in our businesses from the start. I sometimes worry that being values-based in business comes across as something aspirational rather than achievable - a 'nice-to-have', 'something-we-cant-afford-yet' or 'we-will-add-later'. For me though it is often what I hear from entrepreneurs when they first tell me about their ideas. So if it is what is driving them then I think it is a great place to start. What better way to keep yourself #motivated through the rollercoaster of #StartUp than with your #values and #purpose. *The caveat being it might not ALL be possible from day one, but #planning for how your values or purpose look at the beginning and when and how you can embed them further could be something worth spending a little time on. #ValuesBased #PurposeDriven #FindBusinessSupport #SupportingWomen #StartAsYouMeanToGoOn Bright Red Triangle @ Edinburgh Napier University Edinburgh Napier Alumni Network Edinburgh Napier University Queen Margaret University Edinburgh College Kendra Byers Amber Isaacs Nick Fannin Pete McLean Dr. Wendy Wu, Ph.D. SFHEA - True Knowledge Reflected in Action Lynne Cadenhead
