We in LEH have been privileged to have successful humans across the world as our mentors who have the passion to gift their time and guidance to our mentees as a way of giving back. Dr. Dev Sharma, HR Director at Mondelēz International, has been with LEH as a mentor since the inception of our LEH Open Mentoring Program. He has been giving value, impact, and a deep connection with his mentees ever since. This is what motivates him as a mentor in our program: "I love LEH’s concept of providing the gift of time to younger generation. This provides a platform for young professionals to experience immersive mentorship and coaching which is extremely inspiring. LEH is establishing a right ecosystem and support system for individuals to groom themselves into becoming future leaders. Great post. Here’s my artful dodge: I allow my team members to independently choose learning opportunities (workshops, conferences, etc.) in addition to the choices I make. It’s important for everyone to take ownership of their learning path instead of having one fully imposed on them.
