2mo.First of all, the Jabra brand is a brand that I definitely recommend and enjoy using, but a situation I experienced in Turkey makes me doubt whether the brand has sufficient support in Turkey. I am using Jabra Elite 4 Active, I had a problem with the headset and sent it to your authorized service. They sent the defective product back to me with a report showing that it was decided to replace the product. They said they did not have the same product and wrote that I had to exchange it from the place I bought it. I contacted the company They were not helpful. I bought it from The company I bought it from said that they could not change the product. I can't find anyone to talk about this.
