While the whole world seemed to be doing Hyrox, I thought I’d give Deka Strong a go.. and loved it! I wonder how many gyms will become Deka affiliates with the relative low cost of the equipment and space needed?

Watch this space Jack!! There are already 15-20 gyms in the UK making a good revenue stream from being a DEKA affiliate, the classes, the comps and the community it drives are being seen as huge benefits to the UK gyms. DEKA is about to get even bigger in the UK with Emily leRoux driving it forward. Pleased you enjoyed it, now you just need to book Madrid and experience a DEKA Fit in Spain 🇪🇸
