No worries, you can recall it in Microsoft Outlook by following these easy steps: 🔹 Step 1: Double-click on the email you wish to recall from your Sent Items. 🔹 Step 2: Click on 'File' in the top-left corner of the email window. 🔹 Step 3: Choose 'Recall This Message...' from the 'Message Resend and Recall' option in the drop-down. 🔹 Step 4: Decide whether to delete the message entirely or replace it with a new one. Accidents happen, but with Outlook's recall function, you get a second chance. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗩𝗶𝘃𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁: This new widget promotes Viva Engage communities, displaying them as cards on news posts and pages. Users can easily join community activities through these cards.    4. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The improved email personalization feature now supports custom attributes, allowing for more tailored messaging.    5. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: You can embed videos from a wide range of platforms directly into your content.    6. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝘀: Part of the new Mission Control product, these surveys allow you to add scale rating surveys to news articles, providing direct feedback on campaign messages.    7. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: This feature now includes task assignments and non-blocking approvals using the @mentions feature. 8.𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀: Staffbase comes now as a personal app in Microsoft Teams.
